The Year That Was at ARC Staff!
2025 was truly a year of growth, recognition and exciting change for ARC Staff. From expanding our reach across Australia to being recognised on a national stage, last year has shown just how far we’ve come, and how much more is ahead. None of this would be possible without the trust of our clients, the dedication of our team, and the vision of our founder, Monique, who continues to lead ARC Staff with passion, integrity and heart.
One of our proudest moments this year was being named a National Winner at the Australian Achiever Awards, a huge milestone for our entire business. On top of this incredible win, we were also nominated for two additional industry awards, something we are extremely proud of and grateful for. These recognitions reflect the hard work behind the scenes and the strong relationships we’ve built with both clients and candidates.
2025 also marked a major step forward for ARC Staff with the approval of our 482 Visa Sponsorship under an on-hire labour agreement. This has opened the door for us to support Australian businesses with access to skilled international workers while creating life-changing opportunities for candidates seeking to build their future here. It’s been a game-changer for our clients and a significant milestone for our business.
Behind the scenes, we’ve continued to invest in the future of ARC Staff, including the development of a new onboarding app to streamline and improve the experience for both clients and candidates. We know how important a smooth start is, and this investment reflects our commitment to doing things better, smarter and more efficiently.
Our footprint has also grown significantly with further expansion into South Australia, New South Wales and Queensland, allowing us to support more businesses and job seekers than ever before. What began as a strong local presence has now become a growing national operation and something we are incredibly proud of.
August also welcomed an exciting new chapter for our team with Jacquie joining ARC Staff as our Business Development Manager. Since coming on board, Jacquie has brought fresh energy, strong client relationships and a genuine passion for helping businesses grow through quality staffing solutions. We’re so grateful to have her as part of the ARC family.
As we reflect on the year that was in 2025, we’re proud of how far we’ve come but even more excited for what’s ahead. From award wins and national expansion to new systems, new team members and new opportunities, this year has laid the foundations for an even bigger future.
