2025 was a year of measurable progress for ARC Staff. Here’s what we achieved.
Australian Achiever Awards — National Winner
ARC Staff was named a National Winner at the 2025 Australian Achiever Awards, one of the most recognised business excellence awards in the country. We were also nominated for two additional industry awards in the same year. These results reflect the relationships we’ve built with clients and candidates over years of consistent, quality service.
482 Visa Sponsorship Approved
ARC Staff received approval for 482 Visa Sponsorship under an on-hire labour agreement in 2025. This allows Australian businesses to access skilled international workers through ARC Staff, and gives eligible international candidates a pathway to build their careers here. It’s a significant capability addition for our clients in tight labour markets.
Expanded Into South Australia, New South Wales and Queensland
ARC Staff extended operations into SA, NSW and QLD in 2025, supporting more businesses and job seekers across Australia. What started as a strong local presence is now a national operation.
New Onboarding App in Development
ARC Staff began developing a dedicated onboarding app to improve the start-of-engagement experience for both clients and workers on hire. The app is designed to reduce friction, improve compliance, and get people into roles faster.
Jacquie Joins as Business Development Manager
In August 2025, Jacquie joined ARC Staff as Business Development Manager. She brings established client relationships and a background in staffing solutions to the role.
