If you’ve worked in construction, trades, property maintenance, removals, or another hands-on industry, this role offers a genuine path into a long-term restoration career. You’ll help restore residential and commercial properties damaged by water, storm, fire, and mould.
Restoration Technician Responsibilities
- Water extraction and structural drying
- Strip-outs and demolition of damaged materials
- Mould, fire, and smoke restoration
- Contents handling and restoration
- Operating specialist restoration equipment
- Completing job documentation and communicating with customers
- Recording a daily log of jobs
About You
- Restoration experience is highly regarded but not essential
- You enjoy hands-on, physical work
- Reliable, positive, and hard-working
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Current driver’s licence
- Police Check, White Card, and Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
- Computer literate
