ARC Staff is currently seeking an experienced Reach Forklift Driver with Double Deep experience to join our client’s warehouse team based in Cranbourne West. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable, long-term work in a supportive and safety-focused environment.

About the Role:

• Operating reach forklifts, including double deep racking operations

• Manual handling and heavy lifting involved (candidates must be physically fit)

• General warehouse duties including loading/unloading, stock movement, and order preparation

• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

• Following all workplace health and safety procedures

• Working Monday to Friday with consistent 6am starts (no weekend shifts)

What We’re Looking For:

• Current and valid Forklift Licence (LF)

• 2+ years of Reach forklift experience with double deep experience is essential

• Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour and heavy lifting

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Own car and licence (location not accessible by public transport)
