Grounds Maintenance Team Leaders Wanted

We are seeking experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leaders to join our growing team, delivering high-quality outcomes across sites in Sydney’s North Shore and Northern Beaches.

About the Role

This is an ongoing, Monday to Friday position where you will lead teams on site, manage daily operations, and ensure all grounds maintenance works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

What’s on offer:

• $32–$36 per hour, depending on experience

• Monday to Friday, ongoing role

• Vehicle, tools-of-trade and mobile phone provided

• PPE and uniforms supplied

• Work across the North Shore and Northern Beaches

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise grounds maintenance crews

• Ensure quality standards and schedules are met

• Maintain a safe and productive work environment

• Communicate effectively with management and team members

About You

• Previous experience in a similar grounds maintenance or landscaping leadership role

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage teams and work independently

• Current Police Check

• Current Working With Children Check
