Urgent Grounds Maintenance Role – Strathpine

We’re currently looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team in Strathpine and surrounding areas.

📍 Location: Strathpine and surrounding areas
🕒 Hours: 38 hours per week
📅 Days: Monday to Friday
🚀 Start: ASAP
💼 Ongoing work available
➕ Some weekend work may also be available

The successful candidate will have previous gardening or grounds maintenance experience and be confident operating commercial equipment.

Requirements

• Current driver’s licence – essential
• Current Working With Children Blue Card – essential
• Experience using ride-on mowers, brush cutters/whipper snippers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and similar equipment
• Previous gardening or grounds maintenance experience
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Must consistently attend scheduled shifts

Transport / Meeting Point

You must hold a current driver’s licence, as you may be required to drive a company vehicle. You don’t necessarily need your own vehicle, provided you can reliably get to either Strathpine Train Station or Petrie Train Station each morning — these will be the designated meeting and pick-up points.

Punctuality and reliability are essential.
