Arc Staff is currently hiring multiple experienced Gardeners to support a well-established and respected business within the Garden Maintenance and Landscaping industry across Western Sydney.

Your Role

As a Gardener, you will deliver high-quality grounds maintenance across various sites throughout Sydney. Working as part of a dedicated team, you’ll carry out a variety of maintenance and landscaping activities to ensure outdoor spaces are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities 🛠️

• Use whipper snippers and blowers
• Operate both push and ride mowers to maintain large open spaces
• Assist with landscaping and general maintenance tasks as required
• Manage delivery of works on-site to maintain productivity and quality
• Follow all safe work practices and contribute to a strong safety culture

What You’ll Bring 🌱

• Certificate II+ in Horticulture / Parks & Gardens or equivalent experience
• Current, clean driver’s licence and reliable transport 🚗
• Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• White Card
• Strong work ethic
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proactive attitude with a focus on safety and teamwork 🤝

Pay & Benefits 💰

• $26–$30 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Long-term career opportunities with ongoing training and development
• Potential to transition to permanent employment after probation
