General Labourer – Brisbane

ARC Staff is seeking reliable and hardworking General Labourers to join our team for opportunities across Brisbane and surrounding areas.

We work with reputable commercial and industrial clients, providing hands-on labour support across construction sites, commercial fit-outs,

events, warehousing and general site operations. If you are physically fit, safety-focused and ready to work, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As a General Labourer, you will assist with a variety of on-site tasks to support project teams and operational workflows.

This is a hands-on role suited to candidates who enjoy practical work and being part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Site set up and pack down
Manual handling and lifting
Assisting qualified tradespeople
Loading and unloading materials
Using basic hand and power tools
General site clean-up and maintenance
Following workplace health and safety procedures

Skills & Experience

Previous labouring experience preferred but not essential
White Card (Construction Induction Card) highly regarded
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred
Physically fit and capable of manual work
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to follow instructions and work within a team
