ARC Staff is currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Labourers to join our team across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.

We work with reputable clients across construction, events, warehousing, landscaping and industrial sites. If you are physically fit, safety-focused and ready to work, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As a General Labourer, you will assist with a variety of on-site tasks to support trades, supervisors and project teams. You may assist with a variety of on-site tasks including commercial fit-outs and FFE (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) projects.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, working with tools and being part of a fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities

Site set up and pack down
Manual handling and lifting
Assisting qualified tradespeople
Loading and unloading materials
Using basic hand and power tools
General site clean-up and maintenance
Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times

Skills & Experience

Previous labouring or construction experience preferred but not essential
White Card (Construction Induction Card)
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred
Physically fit and capable of manual work
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Ability to follow instructions and work within a team
