ARC Staff is seeking energetic and reliable General Event Labourers to join our team for upcoming events across Melbourne and surrounding areas.

From major festivals and concerts to corporate functions, exhibitions and sporting events, we work behind the scenes to bring incredible events to life. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, hands-on work and being part of a team that makes things happen, this role is for you.

About the Role

As a General Event Labourer, you will assist with the setup, pack down and smooth operation of a wide range of events.

No two days are the same, and you’ll be part of the crew that ensures everything runs safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Event setup and pack down
Stage, barricade and fencing installation
Marquee and temporary structure assembly
Furniture and equipment placement
Loading and unloading trucks
Manual handling and lifting
Site clean-up and waste management
Working to strict timelines and safety procedures

Skills & Experience

Previous labouring or event experience preferred but not essential
White Card highly regarded
Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights and weekends
Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude
Reliable, punctual and ready to work
