Arc Staff is seeking experienced Garden Team Leaders to join a respected garden maintenance & landscaping business across Western Sydney. Lead a team, manage projects, and deliver high-quality results.

Your Role

As a Team Leader, you will oversee grounds maintenance teams, manage landscaping projects, and ensure work is completed efficiently and safely across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities 🛠️

• Lead and coordinate a small team of gardeners
• Operate whipper snippers, blowers, and mowers as required
• Assist with landscaping and general maintenance tasks
• Manage on-site delivery of works to ensure productivity and quality
• Promote and enforce safe work practices, contributing to a strong safety culture

What You’ll Bring 🌱

• Certificate III in Horticulture / Parks & Gardens OR 5+ years’ experience as a Team Leader
• Clean Police Check
• White Card
• Strong work ethic and proven leadership capabilities
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Proactive attitude with a strong focus on safety and quality 🤝

Pay & Benefits 💰

• $31–$36 per hour
• Tool-of-trade vehicle, phone, full PPE, and uniforms provided
• Weekly pay
