Your Role:

• Identify and win new business opportunities
• Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers
• Present and pitch ARC Staff’s recruitment solutions
• Collaborate with our recruiters to deliver top-tier service
• Drive and exceed sales targets

What You Bring:

• Proven B2B sales or BD experience (recruitment background a bonus
• A confident communicator with a hunter mindset
• Self-motivated, strategic, and results-driven
• Passion for building relationships and solving client needs
