We are seeking an experienced Contract Admin Assistant for a 3-4 week assignment at Maryvale commencing on 14 July 2022
You will provide administrative support to Project Manager for general project support including purchase order generation, data entry, timesheet generation and various project requirements
You must have:
Superior organization skills,
Be available for the length of the project
Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office package
Strong communication skills
Minimum 5 years office administration / clerical experience
Ability to respond to a changing work environment.
Job Types: Fixed term, Casual
Contract length: 3 weeks
Salary: $33.00 – $41.13 per hour
