Administration Officer

One of Australia’s leading tile retailers, our client is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and quality products. They are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join their dynamic team in Dandenong.

About the Role:
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will report to the Warehouse Manager and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse. You will also be the first point of contact for customers, providing essential support and service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with customer support and order processing.
  • Liaising with customers and addressing enquiries.
  • Coordinating freight management, shipment planning, and carrier communication.
  • Coding bills for payment.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records, delivery dates, and stock allocation levels.
  • Providing general administrative support as required.

About You:
To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in customer service and be a highly motivated individual with a willingness to learn. Additionally, you will possess:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively across various teams.
