ARC Staff is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Commercial Garden Labourers to join our team for ongoing

projects across Brisbane and surrounding suburbs.

If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in maintaining clean and professional landscapes, and have experience in

commercial grounds maintenance, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Commercial Garden Labourer, you will assist with maintaining large-scale commercial properties including business parks, schools, industrial sites, councils and public spaces.

This is hands-on, physical work suited to someone who is fit, motivated and safety-focused.

Key Responsibilities

Lawn mowing (ride-on and push mowers)
Whipper snipping and edging
Hedge trimming and pruning
Weed control and spraying (if licensed)
Mulching and planting
General garden maintenance
Site clean-up and rubbish removal
Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in commercial gardening or landscaping preferred
Experience using power tools and gardening equipment
White Card (Construction Induction Card)
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport preferred
Chemical handling certificate desirable but not essential
Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
