ARC Staff is expanding and we are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing SE Queensland  branch. This is a remote-based opportunity, giving you the flexibility to work from home while being supported by an established and award winning, Australian owned labour hire and recruitment business.

You will focus on developing and growing your own desk across the blue-collar industrial, warehousing, logistics, events and construction sectors.

About the Role 

This is a true 360 recruitment position where you will take ownership of:

• Business development and client acquisition
• Managing and growing existing accounts
• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates
• Building casual labour pools
• Managing temporary and permanent placements
• Client visits and relationship management
• Compliance, onboarding, and workforce coordination

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in 360 recruitment or labour hire
• Strong sales and business development ability
• Experience within blue-collar, industrial, logistics, or construction recruitment highly regarded
• Ability to work autonomously and manage your own desk remotely
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Driven, motivated, and results-focused attitude
• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
